My Volkwagen Sportsvan had EPC warning lights come on intermittently. After going through local VW agent workshop and another third party workshop and spending over $1000 for parts change, problem was not resolved. Through my brother's recommendation, the experienced mechanic at Riverview Auto was able solved the problem using recond parts, saving me almost $2,000. Definitely and highly recommend them for VW Cars servicing and repairs.

Good to get professional assessment before committing the $$$ to buy and at least ensure no future recurring problems with old cars. Last thing I wanted is also ended up with a car that had major accident before.

The car workshop I highly recommend. Their service, attention, patience and professionalism in troubleshooting and solving the car problems is impressive and statisfying. No bs or wayang. Armed with experienced and knowleageble mechanics like Soo Fong. They'd even follow up to chk on the car too. A good reputation dont come easy especially in the car industry but RASPL certainly deserve it!

Using advanced computing tools and software, Riverview carries out complete diagnostic of my vehicle to find out the actual cause of the problem. Coupled with the many years of experience from Service Manager Soo Fong, the workshop managed to diagnose the problem and rectify the issue successfully. The never-say-die attitude of Soo Fong is highly commendable. Boss Vincent is honest and customer oriented, keeping me updated of the repair progress constantly. Pricing is reasonable too. Truly one of the best workshop around.

I have been to quite a few car workshops in Singapore. This one is by far the best!! Received a detailed quotation for my repair. Kanashvijayan S/O Rama took his time explaining the repairs that needed to be done proper and patiently. Kept replaced parts and showed me. The car has never run so smoothly and quietly. The only place I will go for future car repairs and car servicing. No more hassles with workshops who want to rip you off and don't do a proper repair job.

Been using Riverview for many years now. They have always been providing honest and reliable auto services. Well equipped, with very knowledgeable service/repair staff who are able to do proper diagnosis of any car issues. Can see that they invest a lot in technology to keep up with the advances in new cars. One key point about them is they are usually very thorough in their diagnosis and rectification. Recently, before they replace a part on my car, they did a thorough check to eliminate all other variables to be sure its the specific part which is faulty before replacing the part. After replacement, they also took time to test out the car for half a day to make sure its road worthy - not just repair, release car and take money.
